The conference facilities were excellent, and the event staff were truly outstanding - professional, attentive, and well organized throughout. "Asked for the sofa bed to be made after 6pm at front desk when checking in but when we got back around 11:30 pm the sofa bed was not made. Texted the number that welcomed our arrival and if we needed anything to text back, did so and no response until next morning the text said I could text back to check out and no mention of the previous text. Found sheets and a pillow to make the sofa bed but no comforter. Obviously there’s some disconnect with staff somewhere. Besides having to crank up the heat so our son wouldn’t be cold without a comforter, the stay was ok."

"I was very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Just a 15 minute drive from Ottawa city centre and you get a large spacious room with free parking and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely stay again. "
